PARK SIGN EX-WEST INDIES CAPTAIN.
 
Winnington Park Cricket Club
have secured the services of the ex-West Indies Captain Jimmy Adams.

Winnington Park Cricket Club were approached by the sports clothing company SP Cricket to sponsor the 1st Team and the Under 15's team. As part of the sponsorship, Jimmy Adams will visit Winnington to coach the seniors and juniors teams in 2 training sessions. Club Captain Stuart Hayes said "This is a massive boost for the club, it is always nice to get any form of sponsorship but to also have such a fantastic and well known cricketer to come to the club to give us a helping hand is excellent, it would have been even better if he could have played a couple of games for us !!!"
