Lots of great performances this week as the Park produced an unbeaten weekend, but the stand-out from all three games was Michael Dunning, his superb bowling in the 1st XI earns him the IDE Player of the Week award.
Dunning was playing in just his third league game of the season, but he showed what a great asset he can be when available, as he took 6-25 - his best figures ever for the club - to inspire the team to a comfortable win over Chelford.
What made his spell all the more impressive was that it came across 16.4 overs, going at a rate of just 1.52 runs an over. He also added seven maidens along the way as Chelford limped to 119 all out and Park eventually secured a six-wicket win.
Despite only playing four games (including a Twenty20 Cup match) this season, Mike now has 12 wickets at an average of 9.75 and a strike rate of just 20.33. Figures like that prove why he is always one of the first names on the team sheet when he can play.
In this week's honourable mentions we have bowlers Bryan Shingler and Stu Moniz, who both bowled excellently and took three wickets apiece in the 2nd XI's win over Wilmslow Wayfarers. Darren Falland and Sam Speak both hit half-centuries as the 3rd XI drew at home to Chester Boughton Hall, and Martin Evans hit an important 42 in the 1st XI's victory at Chelford.
