
The 1st XI suffered their first defeat at home to Ashley on Saturday, but Jonny stood out with an excellent all-round performance as he took a 5-fer and top scored with 41 runs.
'Taff' came on as first change in the game and bowled through, he was the only bowler to really have success as he took five of Park's seven wickets and finished with 5-54 from his 20 overs.
During the first innings, Park had been strugglling on 59-4 when Wales and James Hendry went out to bat. They added important runs with a partnership worth 44 and Jonny went on to finish with a run-a-ball knock of 41 that included eight fours.
His superb outing now leaves him with a batting average of 30.00 in his four games played, and very impressive season bowling stats with 12 wickets at 7.83.
Jonny just beat out Mike Begbie who hit a superb, unbeaten 65 in the 3rd XI's win over Chester Boughton Hall. Whilst Darren Falland (63) and Matt Hatchard (4-62) also impressed as the 2nd XI lost away at Cholmondeley.
